I would give these people a 0 star if I could. Walked up the ramp just as I opened the door got shoved out with the door slammed in my face telling me I can't come in without a mask. Mask mandate hasn't been in effect in months now. Great way to lose businesses. They are not friendly either

I live all the way in Lacey and I still will drive all the way to Spanaway just to visit this location. She is quick thorough to the point and very professional and always takes safety precaution. I guarantee you will never find ANY place cheaper and well worth the money. There's usually never any wait. And she also lets you stay close to your animal when they are scared unlike other places. She also has Punch Cards that have come in quite handy when money is tight I highly suggest this establishment

This is been my go to place for my last 3 fur babys. Roxanne is amazing with my babys. I have rescued all my babys. One of them was do matted and almost dead. Roxanne and her crew jumped right in to help shave and then worked with me on getting his fur in tip top shape.

I've taken my dog here for around 12 years and these lady's, that are groomers here, are the best! They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. They are very calm around the animals and know how to make us furry baby mommies calm as well. Two thumbs up and a couple of paws too!😸👍👍😻
