I was so excited to purchase a brand new moped from here. Once I finally did, I brought it home and it never worked properly. Just revs up and down if it started at all. The back tire was put on crooked so one of the few times I got it started, it felt like the back was sliding out from under me and I could have been seriously injured. I was not refunded or offered to have the issues resolved. I can still dispute it on my card but haven't felt like dealing with it due to health issues. Worst purchase ever.

I literally Love this business, I even call for questions about do it myself jobs on my scooter I bought from a private party...have to , she knows her stuff and she has no problem helping anyone else that needs it..and that is worth a lot...she takes it to a whole knew level, when she builds her scooters/bikes, she takes it very personal and let me till you....she has no problem saying it's not ready.. she's amazing and caring, that's important to me when it comes to a product that I'm spending a few bucks on that I'm going to taking it to the limit..

Stephanie is the by far the most knowledgeable, honest , and also friendliest person ! She can work on any scooter and does oil changes. She has a good selection of scooters too! If your looking for a scooter this is the best place in the area or worth the travel if your not from the area to go ! I highly recommend buying from Stephanie! You won't be disappointed!

You need a drivers license for any scooter or moped in WA doesn't matter what engine size. Anything above 50cc you're supposed to get a motorcycle endorsement as well.
Not enough space for consignments. Sorry. Sometimes we buy used scoots but usually only take trade-ins

No we've never done that before. Our scooters are street legal not the mobility type. Pretty sure medicare wouldn't cover it.
Not in house. Right now I refer everyone to One Main Financial in downtown Puyallup. Will work on another option for financing in the next month or so. My layaway program is interest free however. I give a year for layaway, provided you make minimum monthly payments of $100
