The manager is terrible and generally hated by everyone for abuses of power, but the neighborhood is nice and the houses are well kept. Not all homes in the neighborhood are owned by the same people and those are great.

Its a nice neighborhood but it depends one where in the neighborhood because some neighbors party all night
