We hired Whitworth Pest Solutions about 9 years ago for a Rat problem. They WERE amazing. Went out of their way to fix the problem. Took about 3 or 4 years but finally got it controlled. I recommended them to my neighbors, to my employer, to other places looking for pest control. BUT NO MORE. Since they’ve become Purcor, their service is TERRIBLE. I called 8 days ago to set up a service and never received a call back. You used to call and speak to a person who worked there but no more. Now it goes to a call center. Some of their technicians are worthless and do a slipshod service. I WIlL NEVER recommend them to anyone again. Horrible customer service and service in general. What a Shane to go from an A plus company to an F-

Used Whitworth a few times in the past and was beyond happy. One time i knew for sure i had a bees nest in my hedge. The tech was out here for an hour, checked throughly trough the hedge and all areas on my property where the could have a nest and just possibly hanging out at the hedge and found nothing. Turns out there was no nest thry just really liked the hedge. They knocked old nests off my eves as well. When i asked how much i owed he said nothing. They did not actually treat a nest so the did not charge me. What a stand up company! They also diagnosed bugs for me in the past free of charge. I called them a couple months ago for some ants and realized they had a name change. I didnt think much of it, but apparently more then the name changed. I had to wait longer for an appointment than other companies wait would have been but i wanted to take my business to them. Turns out that was a mistake. They were supposed to do a full trearment inside and out (an hour and a half appointment) for 300 bucks. The techs showed up and recommended that we didnt treat the inside since we had small children and see how things went. (I told the scheduler that we had children and they said it was safe). But out of caution i was ok with the treatment plan thinking it would be cheaper and possibly safer for kids. The techs literally walked the outside of my house spraying for less then 5 minutes and handed me 2 bait traps and then sat on their tailgate. There invoice even said they were only here for 30minutes(clock in and clock out) which 20 of those minutes were sitting on the tailgate. When i got the bill for the full 300 dollars i was shocked. I called to speak to the manager and he left message later that they would knock 100 dollars off. Really! 200 bucks for 10 minutes plus tax? And if i didnt say something it would be 300 plus tax? This is not the same company anymore and i will be taking my business elsewhere. Doctors and lawyers dont even charge that much.

I have been a customer since Eco Elite Pest Control was acquired through several acquisition and now it is all under Purcor Pest Solutions. I still remember back 7 years ago when I found out my kids bathroom had a lot of moisture ants suddenly appearing 1 week before my second son's due date when I was 9 months pregnant. Their expert technician, Roger Klunder, came to do a first estimate and gave me a quote. He was very reassuring that the moisture ants issue can be resolved. He explained very thoroughly in details on the pest solution they used are non-toxic and non-harmful to human beings and small children or pets. He also suggested us to have quarterly maintenance to prevent these pests from entering the house. I really appreciated that Roger introduced us to the most useful and practical plan that their company had at the time. Throughout the last 7 years, many other technicians came by to do our quarterly maintenance. Before each quarterly maintenance, the company will notify us via an automated call to let us know we are on their schedule for servicing in the next couple of days. Recently I suspected my yard might have some rodents that could have gone into my garage that we left the door open accidentally for a night. Purcor sent their pest and rodent expert to my house and I ran into Roger again. He is as friendly and customer-focused as 7 years ago when we first met him. He explained very detailedly about their rodent prevention plan and he assessed my situation that he prescribed a more practical plan to setup some rodent traps inside my garage to catch any mice that might have been hiding inside my garage. Again he offered us very customer-centric care and gave us very valuable advice. He always showed up with a warm smile. His advice for our pest control strategy is always reassuring and gives us peace of mind.
