This company only hires the best and most skilled technicians, and the same goes for the advisors. All great people, who have sincerely and patiently helped me with my diesel since I bought it. Through their actions, they have convinced me that they will be having all of my future euro mechanic business. They found and fixed issues that the dealership didn't/for cheaper. These are really good people with a strong sense of integrity.

These guys were amazing and very communicative about a few items that needed replacing on my car, super happy with the experience and price. Will definitely be using them again.

Called to request a quote for water pump replacement on BMW 328i - was told i needed to bring the car in so they could inspect it as it could be something that costs thousands of dollars more - i informed them it had pulled the codes, checked the expansion tank return, fuses Aux fan on high as soon as engine starts. A clear Water pump issue, so asked for cost to replace and anything else would be dealt with at the time. They said they would get back to me an never did. Lets be clear - if the water pump failed, there is no way you should drive it, seems to me they want you to drop the car off so you're stuck with them performing the repair. Why is it so difficult to give a quote for what is a common BMW known issue? What are you hiding? - The dealership is happy to quote on the job without seeing the vehicle, again why all the mystery? Are your prices so exorbitant, do you fear a knowledgeable owner will question your price? are you so noncompetitive? This smacks of desperation, to not even have the common decency to stand by your word of getting back to someone with a price says more about your shop than any fake review you post ever can. If someone can't even give you a quote, why would you ever trust them to repair your car. I did the repair myself - 456.00 for pump + thermostat + bolts + coolant (from BMW), and 4 hours of my time.

Brought my 2007 Mercedes here a couple months ago for brake service and an engine inspection. I was blown away by the service I received and how easy the staff made the process. They went out of their way to make sure not only my car was taken care of properly but also myself as a customer. They gave me a more than fair price for the work that was done and I didn't have to wait forever like I have at other places. If you are looking for a service center that's friendly, does great work, and doesn't cost a fortune, then this is the place for you!
