My initial contact with the owner Shawn and the service agent Braiden were both very friendly and thorough in treating our odorous ant problem. We felt they were very professional and informative! They arrived on time and explained what we might expect and if we experience any more ants to give them a call and they would return at no additional cost. We are seniors and were offered a discount. I love this company, they do not pressure you to be locked in to a service. Their price points are affordable. Everyone who works for them is a pleasure to interact with. The tech that arrives at the house is always respectful of the property and no one had an issue with my animals (4 dogs). Modern Pest Control has helped us some much this year. I cannot recommend them enough. We bought an older house with a lot of fruit trees and shrubs in the neighborhood, a veritable rat's paradise.
