The location in Lakewood the people are a lot more friendlier and have better customer service. Every time I come here, everyone seems to hate their job or takes forever to help anyone out.. that includes in the drive thru. I’m not sure who is the supervisor is. I believe it’s a woman. She’s very passive aggressive. She normally greets people when you walk in and will assign you to someone. I just don’t feel welcome when I come. My family and I have been banking with navy federal for quite some time.

I've been a customer for years and I can't say enough good things about them. They always go above and beyond to welcome me to the facility and answer any questions I might have while remaining respectful and polite. I've been with a few other credit unions, but they don't compare to the care I receive in person, online, or by phone from Navy Federal. Thank you!

Bank representative was nice but he provided me with inaccurate information which in turn cause mean to be late on my payment. I totally understand on time payments are my responsibility but when a customer ask a question about your establishment they're expecting accurate information!

Worst branch I have ever been to. First time using this branch to deposit my check and they place a 2 day hold on it when I have bills due tomorrow! This is the only branch I have had this problem at! Every other branch I have used has ALWAYS had funds IMMEDIATELY available to me! From now on I will drive the 40 EXTRA minutes to the LACEY branch to deposit checks since I KNOW I will have the funds IMMEDIATELY available with THEM!!!

Don't think they do
I’m pretty sure they do. During the weekdays they do. Call and ask
Some cards vary but the limit is $1000 in a day for most
Not any more😕Unfortunately most Navy Feds removed their change counters due to the high cost of fixing them from people dumping everything that was in their change bowls....often things that weren't change.
If it's Navy Federal yes
I not sure I clean the banks
