Literally, told the lady tonight that spam callers about the IRS are using their number. She turned around it on me, and accused me of spam calling. Her excuse "cause your holding up MY customers" seriously?!?!? If shes rude on the phone, doesn't care about their slight breach of security, and accuses others who are trying to help. I hope she has fun explaining this to her bosses. Lastly, if they wonder who it was. She was working around 6:00 pm.
