COVID practices are hit and miss here and are generally up to the individual. A clerk there used to insist that patrons wear masks but no more. Clerks wear masks.

does employee Brenda normally smoke meth amphetamine in the parking lot, or was that just a one time thing I saw her doing?

I can't answer for all stores but the one near me (Wheaton St. near Liberty) doesn't sell newspapers.
