Started a $140 rental for a 10x20, used autopay-never late. Got a postcard in the mail about a rate increase to $222, just after 4 months! I don’t recommend this place, they just freely change the rates and gouge you— we’re moving out and going somewhere else. Thank goodness it’s just Christmas stuff and easy to move. I feel bad for others that have harder stuff to move.
