We Loved Dr. Overstreet at one point and as established patients I would’ve expected better from his staff. My son had an emergency situation last week we took him to his pediatrician and she suggested he needed to see a specialist. She attempted to call, came back to the room frustrated at the rudeness, lack of compassion and how extremely unorganized they were. They couldn’t see my 12yr old for 2-3 days and he has been going there for years. Nonetheless, another office saw him the same day! This place has gone down hill and needs a revamp immediately!!! My family will not be coming back as we found a new home for all our eye care needs!! Stay AWAY!!!

My experience with Dr. Overstreet was fine. Just like any other visit. However the phone tag involved trying to order contacts seems a little much. Anywho I finally got that sorted and when I checked my account I had been charged almost 3x what I was supposed to be. Of course the charge appeared on a Friday after closing. So more phone tag and I am contacted the following Tuesday afternoon. They shrugged it off and told me they’d have my money refunded in about a week. No apology, no explanation other than someone misread a form. I finally got an empty “I do apologize” when I mentioned how ridiculous that timeframe was and that I wasn’t even getting an apology. One time customer, I’ll be finding somewhere more competent to deal with.
