For your first question, Google uses your Gmail account as a way to identify who you are and to ensure quality information is shared by real people to help the community. Second, they normally let wheelchairs, scooters, lawn chairs, etc. in; security might just search it upon entrance. However, these terms can change from event to event. I do not recall them renting anything along those lines for the day, but I do know their paramedics team did have wheelchairs on standby. Hope this helps!
