It's funny how fast people bash you when you don't bend over backwards for them. Just like the other guy we are all really busy and you not being in my service area there is nothing I can do about that and I am not going to get sued by the guy that has that area!

Spoke to him and he agreed to fix my laptop, then reschedule at the last 2 min of the appointment because he over booked my appointment slot after We had already set a different date due to him not wanting to drive. And then day of the 2nd reschedule appointment he canceled, saying I’m out of his area when I’m 2miles away and I gave him my address days ago to check and see if I’m in reach of his mobile service, which he said yes I was. So unprofessional and not organized. I canceled two appointments to make sure I was home when he ask me to, and canceled another guy who could of done the work for me but he was just super busy and his appointments were super booked so I went with this guy. Should of just keep my appointment with the other person now back to the drawing board. Thanks a lot for the disappointment

Asked how much it would cost to soldier a power connector onto a mother board. I was told it wasn't worth his time to do it. In response to your reply. Yes it's about customer service, you could have just given you estimate and I would have …Lol. So what's wrong with me telling you that it's not worth my time?
