Had a great experience. Everyone is friendly my hygienist Cecilia is great and knowledgeable regarding dental care. Had X-rays and then saw the dentist for a once over. All was good!! I was even offered an ice cream. Lol

So far so great. The staff that I met are very professional, courteous, and have a joyful welcoming. Dr. Chang did my first exam and is impeccably professional. He explained in detail about my teeth condition and what the plan of getting me back in shape tooth by tooth. I have confidence this procedure will be a success.

This facility is not what it used to be. Lots of inexperienced and impolite workers. Not quite rude individuals but also not individuals who show experience and expertise in their work. One individual who cleaned my teeth had me crook my neck rather than leaning over me and that was a bit upsetting because I was pretty sore afterwards. However, I loved the actual Dentist himself. Very thorough and a great listener. Very diligent in his work.
