Been here since 2019. Great amenities and active pool life during the Summer months. Currently a great and helpful leasing staff with Ellie and Chris. Awesome maintenance staff with Matt and Donovan. Quick response time and requests get completed fast and right with both maintenance and office.

Not knowing what to except with new management South wood Realty exceeded my expectations. Chris, the leasing manager helped me with my paperwork I needed to fill out and went out of his way to make it work. He is always very nice despite being swamped with many things at once. Also, our gate was not working right and they had someone out to fix problem right away.

I recently moved here and absolutely love living at 811 East Downtown and very close to downtown Knoxville. It's a community feel and I like that too. Emily is very good at what she does and is such a sweat heart and Amy is really good at keeping this place running at top notch quality!The maintenance guys are fast and efficient and when you call to get something fixed they even fix issue the same day. Extra bonus are too many too list but if you are a dog lover like myself there's even a dog park here. And a park next door. I was a little skeptical to move here because it's downtown and I am a little older but everyone is so welcoming and nice. Best decision I made moving here and am very happy here.

811 is the best! I lived here for two years and never had any issues. The people in the leasing office are wonderful and the maintenance crew is always very responsive. The amenities and grounds are great and always well kept. I cannot recommended this place enough!
