Since December we have had issues with the plumbing. The manager since the takeover didn’t want to do anything to fix it so my living room and bathroom flooded daily. I was so aggravated and was looking for another place to live after being here almost 2 years. Since Joy took over as manager she is getting stuff fixed. Since there are so many issues with my apartment we are moving to a different one so this one can be fixed properly. Joy really cares about the tenants and how the property looks.

The smallest apt ever. The kitchen was a galley kitchen only one person can be in it. The bedrooms are so small. They are charging way too much for rent. They don't have washers an dryers in there. The ones that do they are small ones with no way to vent the dryer.

There is no way to explain how helpful and friendly Kym Newman is. She was absolutely amazing and made a miserable experience so much better. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I cannot put into words how great and easy she made the process of applying and getting my ducks in a row.

I've lived here going on 2 years and I love it. Ms Kim is absolutely amazing. The sweetest!! Maintenance is really good too, they have always fixed any issue in my apartment with no hesitation. The people around here are very friendly. My apartment is very pretty. I totally recommend North Park to anyone who asks about the apartments. The only downside is PARKING.
