I've lived at the Willows for seven years now, and it's been an overall positive experience, although the complex is getting older and there have recently been troubles with some of the appliances. I had problems with my air conditioning unit, which brought Brian, Pete, and Armando to my rescue. I could not be more pleased with the way they handled my issue. My air conditioner, once leaking and rattling, now is dry and purring like a kitten. The guys were professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and they resolved the problem quickly. Kudos to the maintenance staff!

This place is fraudulent, do not live here. Official website showed there were rooms available for move in so we submitted application/application fee. Turned out the website was wrong and room was rented out and they said the $55 application fee was non-refundable, and we should check in with them before applying online, because website can be WRONG sometimes. Then what is the point of having an online system? Am I paying for their wrong online system now? Leasing agent transferred our call to the so-called manager and the call was never picked up again. WHAT A JOKE.

The apartments themselves are fine, but the management is single-handedly the most unprofessional, rude, condescending group that I’ve ever had the misfortune of living under (and I’ve dealt with college student apartments). As soon as they took over they sent out a list of silly rules that we had to follow (i.e. residents have to “immediately” remove any curtains that aren’t neutral colored lol). They send notice of maintenance projects that give a full 2-week span where they might be entering your apartment and say that you have to keep your pets locked up for that long. And they work on projects that don’t really benefit residents nearly constantly, which makes parking and other issues a nightmare (they says it’s temporary but it’s not, their most recent project has caused there to fewer parking spaces than residents and has lasted nearly a month). They have also literally hung up on us 4 TIMES throughout our tenancy for no reason. If you do manage to get to get them to stay on the phone with you or if you go to speak with them in person, they act like your presence itself is a huge inconvenience for them and have a terrible attitude. Oh, and you can’t forget about the cockroaches! I like our apartment and the location, but the management is so terrible that it’s tempting us to go through the moving process again after only a year.

I have been living here for just over a year and while the previous staff was nice, the new ones are awesome! Many much needed improvements have been made that are beneficial to the community as a whole. They have gone out of their way to make sure no one in inconvenienced for long. Progress is sometimes messy but worth it in the end. As someone who used to work in the industry I can honestly say that this group of people are some of the best I have known. The maintenance staff is always very timely in any issues that come up - though there have not been very many from my end. All in all - best group of people I have ever known! I plan to be here a few more years!
