Perfect place to live if you enjoy getting free concerts through yout wall from your neighbour's cheap, Wal-mart boombox and waking up to the wonderful smell of weed in the mornings. Or the evenings. Anytime, honestly. Best apartment complex ever. I cannot wait to come home each day to find out what poor excuse for music I get to hear all evening.

I lived here for 2 years. The office staff is amazing and they are on top of maintenance. I know I can be a diva and Rachel was always very patient with me and they dispatched maintenance immediately anytime I had any major requests for things to be fixed. The maintenance team is very friendly and professional. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone. They are very beautiful

I really cannot say enough good things about this place. Rent is very affordable, and the location is great. Staff was always super nice. Move-in and move-out were both very easy. The apartments are generally smaller and older, but this didn't bother me at all based on the rent price. Most units don't have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundry facility. I used SudShare, and actually preferred not having to do my own laundry. Complex feels safe, and you have really easy access to I40, Bearden, Downtown, and the Whole Foods complex on Papermill.

The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because I was told there would be a balcony on my unit when I moved and signed the lease. There were no units available for viewing at the time . Unfortunately when I had to move there weren't any units with a balcony so I had to settle for what was available. I’m somebody that takes a gamble with moving I decided to move here blindly without even seeing the Actual unit. I trusted the reviews and the images on Google maps. I'd like to say I took a pretty good gamble. The unit’s interior is very old but an old stove and refrigerator work just as good as a new one. This is hands-down Is on top of things when it comes to is on top of things when it comes to communication and maintenance. Anytime I have an issue or what I feel is an emergency maintenance is on top of it if not the same day the very next day. I’m new to Tennessee so I’m not quite used to the bugs here yet but whenever I see unwelcome visitor they send pest control my way when I request. The amenities are pretty great the office has a weekly gatherings to show appreciation to the tenants which is amazing The amenities are pretty great And well-maintained. Every Thursday there are food trucks and we get text message reminders about all gatherings and events. The office staff is amazing very nice and welcoming and very professional. I just re-signed my lease for another year. I was tossing the idea of moving to another unit with the the balcony that I originally wanted. But I have too much stuff to move to move. If you are looking for an affordable apartment this is definitely it!
