I find the doctors, nurses and support staff all to be excellent and professional. My doctors are outstanding and I and I've had nothing but good experiences with with this hospital. I never feel like a number, something that has happened to me at many of the larger hospitals.

I was a patient here for 1.5 weeks and to be honest the bad outweighed the good at the time. Since then though, being an out patient and trying to schedule follow up visits is ridiculous. So far when calling to set up appointments, I've been bounced around from department to department, connected to numbers that are no longer in service and "workers" who don't have a clue about anything. Tufts, you can do much better.

I'm gonna be honest here. This place is horrible. They couldn't care less about their patients. I was suffering for a long time and desperately needed help. They kept cancelling my appointments and delaying my approiments months later. I was suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome(didn't know it at the time). I am grateful to say i am about fully recovered and have my normal life back. I did this myself through brain retiring, meditation, and diet ad supplements. tufts didn't give me any recommendations or offer any kind of support. The neurologist shows up twice a week. I am truly grateful that I have my health back and I don't need tufts but I think of all the sick people who actually need help from this wretched place and my heart aches for them. Because the staff and doctors at tufts clearly don't care about their patients. The only they care about is a paycheck and going home. This is supposed to be one of the greatest hospitals in the us. Digusted at what tufts and our healthcare system has become. when I got a call from them 6 months later trying to tell me that I have an appointment in july It felt so good to tell them off and say how terrible their system is. I also asked what about the patients that truly need your help and can't wait any longer for appointments and his response was we had a new system change. It's always someone or something else's fault. these people have zero accountability.

I rather die on the street than be treated incompetently. I went into the er today for severe abdominal pain. Having an Expectation to be treated with respect and dignity. Instead the triage nurse Nicole did not properly take my blood pressure making my arm Hurt and blood flow stop temporarily when I spoke and said it hurt it is cutting off my circulation her response was its almost finished, and that it would take longer to cut off circulation. So when there was no BP reading she would say I refused. I didn't refuse you did not properly take my blood pressure and she harmed me and gave me an attitude. I was sent into waiting area from triage where I left because I was disgusted by the R.N and how she treated me.. I hope I die on these streets today..

Bayoan is absolutely correct. I've been a patient at the hospital since the early 90s when it was originally New England Medical Center. A great Hospital...
I would have to say yes Tufts is always hiring but it does depend on the position that you looking for. My best suggestion is get your foot in the door and then you can achieve your goals at a later date. Good luck...
Yes they take mass health
Talk to PCP but they would have to make the choice, not you.
Double tree
Call the Tufts hospital, but there is a dental school not that far from Tufts in Chinatown. I do believe the dental college allows there advanced students to work on people for a very cheap price compared to other dentists?
Yes
Thank you Ashanti sorry for asking they students a came a cross all been so kind to me they where so good too sorry I really like the students from tufts because I had nice experiences with them welcome to all of them
In the tuft medical garage but you pay less when the hospital stamp it. Or you can do street parking as well which is free
Cam Neely. The building is called the Neely House.
There is a dining area on the 1st floor pass the reception desk and one on 3rd floor Atrium.
Where are you? If you need urgent care please call 911. The emergency room should be able to help if you can go on your own.
Yes. On the 6th floor of the Floating Hospital
Free care for dogs....not the vet it's a hospital. Why dont you call them direct for that question !!!!
They do have Social workers that could help with that
It depends on qhwther or not any action is or will be taken. Also on organization policy, but if there is no consequence to you they are not obligated to infot you.
I would have to say contact their Human Resource Department, but if you don't have any proof they have nothing to investigate with. I wish you luck...
Most likely they are in medical records which I believe is in the Pratt building maybe 2nd floor. If they are really recent it might be in Cray in viewed building 8th floor
It depends on how long you're going to be there. Each department validates so don't forget to get your ticket stamped. The first hour could cost you$10 and for 3 hours I do believe it's $29. Validated tickets get you a discount so take a few minutes and read the board when you pull up to get your ticket. I hope this helps.
They should have given you a full set of instructions prior to your appointment it's NPO past midnight meaning nothing post orally or basically eating anything after midnight call drinking in some cases except little sips of water. Also they will be some type of contrast administered either orally or intravenously. I hope this helps.
Thank you so much for the help.
Official hours are from 8am to 8pm but please speak to the unit if you'd like to come outside those hours.
Yes, don't forget to get your ticket validated or you'll have to pay full price...
Renee is right you have to get your ticket stamped for the discount. I was in there for over 3 hours and paid only $10 because my ticket was stamped if not I would have paid close to $30 or more.
To be honest with you Donna parking is horrible in downtown Boston. There's parking at the hospital but I do believe it's $8 an hour only if you remember to validate the ticket they give you. I wish I had better news but to me it's worth it, it's great Hospital. There is a possibility that you might find a parking spot but how long you can stay there I really couldn't tell you. Good luck.
Yes
Call the number on the surgery paperwork and ask for your son
