Love this place, Susan usually is the mani/pedicurist that takes care of me. Very good and relaxing, always leave with smooth beautoful feet and hands. Clean location, calm music, aromatherapy.

I would not recommend period, and I'm not going back. I went as a walk in and asked for my nails soaked off and a gel manicure, I had gotten there at 10:30 am and I thought the process would be pretty easy and fast HOWEVER the guy filed the acrylic that was on my nails down and proceeded to take out an acrylic nail and try to pop the acrylic off when he realized this wouldn't work he took out a white dirty container of I'm assuming acetone, the jar had a black sponge inside which was falling apart everytime he took my nails out there would be pieces of the sponge stuck to it, after. He would soak them he'd drill them and when he was finished there was still acrylic on my nails (which I didn't find out until my nails started breaking and chipping) and I believe he just stopped caring after during his drill happy session I flinched and decided to just leave what was left because he kept making comments on how strong my nails are without the acrylic knowing full well there was still some left, the overall application was okay but it was highly unsanitary and I'm pretty sure you may get some sort of fungus receiving service here the jar that my hands were placed in I Know had to have been used by hundreds of people as far as the acrylic still being on my nails now that they have fully chipped there are bits and pieces of acrylic underneath the cracked bits, please save your coins and time and go to somewhere quality and also that's another thing he spent the majority of his time just taking the acrylic off I wish he would have taken his time the right way instead of lazily taking my money and time.

My first experience here was bitter sweet. The lady that did the pedicure was really nice at first, did a great job on the pedi. But then when we went to dry my toes they would not dry. Sat under the dryer for over 40 min and they had to keep repainting because no matter what it wouldn’t dry. I told her gel, I think she used regular because normally they use the cordless drying for gel and the stationed dryers for regular polish. I got home and after 3 hours on a pedi and the polish came off . The girl had a poor attitude about the whole situation. Again I come back and decide you know to give them another shot and the pedi was terrible, the lady did massage for all of 5 seconds, they do not follow regulations I am a licensed cosmetologist and I have taken nail courses as well. They are not following regulations. She did not shape my toes as asked. The water was cold. I’m never coming here again this is the second time I’ve wasted money for my toes to look bad when I leave. The lady was nice I will give her that, but the manager here needs to really take a look at these reviews and implement strategy to make their customers happier especially when we are living in a time where we are paying MORE to have these services done, we should leave happy. And this is coming from a BUSINESS professional in the beauty industry. It’s truly disappointing to see so many salons out here operating like this.

Terrible, do NOT go here. I got my nails done, with a simple nail polish, and right after it was done, my nails were raggedy, and uneven. After asking for my nails to be readjusted and filed, I was greeted with irritation and frustration from one of the employees. After a few weeks of getting them done, I couldn’t stand it and I had to get the nail polish off my nails. That process took hours to do. The nail polish was stuck to my nail and ripped off several pieces of my nail.
