My husband and i have lived here almost a year and have already signed another year lease. We like living at the Palmer, the management team really cares for the residents, it has nice amenities, we have great neighbors, the apartments are upgraded and its at so convenient to town.

I have lived at The Palmer for 3 years and will remain here another year. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The management (with special shoutout to Property Manager Anya) is amazing-something you don't often find these days. The location couldn't be more convenient with shops on Western Ave and Clinton Hwy on either side, and many ways to access the Interstate. Commuting downtown takes no time. I love the granite countertops and large rain shower head. The pool and grills make for enjoyable summers, and any time I've run into issues with the unit, maintenance is prompt. The fireplace is very cool, and they apartments have plenty of space. This staff cares about their residents and will remember you and look out for you. I highly recommend giving The Palmer a look!

Amazing!!! I have lived in multiple apartments in the past few years, but The Palmer takes the cake. The amount of space is great and the amenities are outstanding. The office staff is very caring and kind, and go out of their way to make sure we feel at home here. I will be staying here for a long time!
