Love this store. They have a huge selection of items and brands. They have great sales, certain times of each year the have liter sales and I always get what will last me a year during that time. People working there have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and very nice. They have a hair and nail salon but I have never used this service here. For every $100 you spend in the store you will get a voucher for 10% off of your next purchase. The downside to this now is you have to have that voucher to use it, they used to be able to look it up on the computer but no longer can do that. I'm not one to keep small papers, I usually end up misplacing them. I would highly recommend this store.

I have been going here for about 5 years now and have always had a great experience up until recently I went in for a hair appointment to get my hair dyed burgundy red. The appointment was scheduled for 2 1/2 hours and as soon as I sat down I told her what I had wanted and she said she did not have time to do it. Which was fair enough. So she showed me a beautiful picture of a burgundy balayage on her phone and said that we could try doing that instead. So I said yes! I would love to try that. She seemed rushed and aggravated when I asked for a small change to the color we had chosen when she hadn’t even put the color on yet. After blow drying and styling, my hair turned out looking nothing like she said she was doing to my hair. I felt like the service provided was not worth the $240 I spent, and am currently doing what I can to get a refund. I also called to speak with the manager here and she gave me attitude and cut my calls short. I will reach out to corporate. And will not be seeking service here again unfortunately.
