I highly recommend Dobbs Tire&Auto Center in Shiloh IL! We purchased 4 tires in July for our car from Tom Cavins Tom is such an asset to Dobbs!!! Very knowledgeable explains in detail the service &always eager to answer questions EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We bought a wheel& had a spare tire mounted by Dobbs Tom Thank You for your Outstanding Service!

They will NOT install a tire for you if you don't buy it from them. Even if you buy oem from the manufacturer or dealership directly, they won't do it because they won't be able to over charge you. Stranded on a road, but I kept a manufacturer oem replacement and they're refusing service because that exact tire wasn't purchased from them (upcharged).

Too long of a wait. Only 1 guy working the counter when there were like 10 people in line. The guy working the counters name was Tom and he was really nice and appoligized for the wait but they need more staff up there. I didnt have time to wait in line so I'll go back another day hopefully there will be better staffing otherwise I'll take my business somewhere else
