It was extremely busy and disorganized. They skipped over my name and served other customers. I let them know I wasn't happy about waiting 45 minutes to do something routine and getting skipped over. They totally acted like they were doing me a favor correcting their mistake.

Normally the charter remote is tied to your box and that's why it changes the channel but it can't change the volume because it's not synced with the tv. You have to use the TV remote for that
