It was extremely busy and disorganized. They skipped over my name and served other customers. I let them know I wasn't happy about waiting 45 minutes to do something routine and getting skipped over. They totally acted like they were doing me a favor correcting their mistake.

TV remote won't turn on or off . You can change channels but the can't change volume. Do I need knew a new remote? Did change the batteries with no results.

Normally the charter remote is tied to your box and that's why it changes the channel but it can't change the volume because it's not synced with the tv. You have to use the TV remote for that
