Disappointed. I felt and stated to the customer service representative that I thought his tone was very condescending in nature with me on the matter I presented . He was of little to no help although he was boosting about being the only one in the establishment with the amount of knowledge that he had. That wasn't impressive nor was the way he felt it was ok to stand in ear range and bash the host on how she did her job with his colleague I too voiced my opinion of that. Poor professionalism. Not the first time and sadly won't be the last.

Some of the xfinity representative can't give you good service they don't know what to do and 1 of the girls omg no comments to expensive at this days now 😅

I just had to come here to share how excellent my experience at this store was. Super pain free. Nel was extremely great at what he does and was super helpful. Saving so much money compared to AT&T. Nel was very kind, helpful, and made our experience today great. I hope a manager reads this and he gets the recognition he deseves.

It's been like 4 years but I'm pretty their wasn't a deposit, and if their was it was only to pay for my first month's service.
