The install crew just left our house after performing a very clean and neat installation. They took the time to explain the service app and system features before they left. So far I am very satisfied!

A friend of mine worked there for a while and had told me that when they first started every one was so nice but after a few months in noticed they were 2face. They want to act all profesional but really some were just fake.

Planet Networks is the best Internet provider, by far. I switched my business over to them and have had zero problems. Their customer service is A1 and their installers are super friendly. This company is exactly what we needed.

In this economic climate, it is important to support local companies providing jobs for friends and neighbors. We should reward those companies that go above and beyond (like saving cats in trees and ensuring children have access to useable internet for school). Ultimately, though, with a service provider, it comes down to cost and service. With Planet Networks, you get speeds and a reliable connection at a price unmatched by any ISP I have ever suffered through. You also get that “smalltown” service and support that I thought was gone decades ago. If you aren’t using them, I can only guess that it is because they haven’t brought service to your area…yet. Planet Networks is worth the wait.

We are working on it. WVT has to give us permission to use their poles. We are working with them to obtain this permission. Once we have it, we plan to build quickly.
We may build in Pennsylvania in the future, but for now, we are focused on New Jersey. Thank you for your interest. We are constantly expanding so the answer may be different in a year.

Yes. We are working toward you now.
We are working on it. The permitting process with Verizon is taking much longer than we would have liked. It is happening though and very soon.
We are in Stillwater today, but we are working on expanding to more areas soon.
Yes. Probably later this year or early next year.
We have business service in Sussex now. We plan to have residential service in Sussex soon.
Hi Joe. After we finish with the eastern shore (generally speaking, not just the one street) of Lake Mohawk we will work our way up 181 to Roundtop. We have a lot of people there who want service and the board is supportive so we are looking forward to serving everyone soon!
By this Fall.
Later this year
We are working on it now. We should be there by the end of June. Edit: It took a bit longer than planned, but we are there now as of yesterday!
Not yet, but we would like for it to be.
We will be building out the Borough later this year.

Yes. In the Route 15 area, Sparta Ave, the west side of Lake Mohawk, with the Main St and 181 areas and the east side of Lake Mohawk to be done in 2021. Possibly Glen Rd too.
