I’m a new patient had a little difficulty getting something’s done. But today I have to say this wonderful young lady named Kiara I hope I’m saying her name correctly 😩🥰 she was ssssoooo pleasant. She took her time and answered all my questions. Just wanted to say thank you because kindness takes us all a long way. Ive been a faithful patient to Dr. Zucconi and all I can say is she is amazing. The doctors here listen, they do their very best to assist you with all your needs and have accessibility to complete blood work within the building. Which I think is so convenient! The downside recently, has been the front desk staff. When I called the office prior to my symptoms getting worse, I was told I'd get a call back that same day. It wasn't until I called the office Thursday that I found out I was requested to go to the hospital to get an ultrasound down on my arm. I called to follow-up on some pain I was having after going to the ER that same day and I was told the next available is in August. It wasn't until someone followed up with me with my results that miraculously there was an opening the next week. The delivery of the staff even the small things such as "well its not gonna be with Dr Zucconi," could have been delivered better for example "we have another doctor available that day as Dr Zucconi is unavailable, is that ok?" The small things go a long way. Today I walk in and I say hello and crickets. I heard a receptionist say to a patient "the attitude isn't needed." I've never been so taken aback honestly. My checkout was a lot better with what appears to be a new employee as she was being trained and had a lanyard that says I love Jesus. She was amazing, nice and just made my visit better toward the end. I know we all have bad days, but I hope this really helps the staff reflect on how they come across.

I have been going to them for MANY years and the doctors used to care but now they don’t anymore. Most of the time when I call, the person answering my call takes a message and sends it to the doctor. When they finally get back to me, and sometimes it’s the next day, I am told to basically suffer because I was there 2 weeks before with the same complaint. This has happened more times than I can count and am sick of it. I AM changing doctors because of it and contacting a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to these doctors.

Went there a few days ago & last time we were there was about 6 months ago & must be under new management because the employees are nicer now. But I do not suggest anyone using their restrooms. I've used cleaner restrooms at Gas stations,so wear gloves,mask & do not inhale! And the two patient rooms we were in, were filthy but the landscaping was well maintained???
