After being a customer for over 20 years, I was very disappointed today in the way I was treated when I needed service that was very important to me. Thank you for your response. I appreciate it. This situation would be all avoided if I was told from the beginning that it cannot be done. Instead, I was waiting two days for somebody to call me back. I then decided to call OceanFirst Bank’s main number and somebody told me that it is up to the branch’s discretion to order the new money.

I LOVE MY BANK IVE BEEN WITH OCEAN FIRST WHEN IT WAS SUN BANK N THEY KEPT THE STAFF I LOVE SUE HOFFMAN AND LYNNWOOD N LISA THESE ARE THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT ARE MORE LIKE FRIENDS AND I TRUST THEM WITH MY FINANCIAL NEEDS. I READ SOME PEOPLE SAYING THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL I SAY THE OPPOSITE. I NOT ONLY GET PROFESSIONAL HELP BUT THE STAFF ISN'T SNOBBISH THEY DONT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A NUMBER. I RATHER HAVE FRIENDLY SLOW SERVICE WITH PEOPLE WHO CARE, THEN GO TO A STUFFY BANK WHERE BANKS ARE TOO FAST MAKE MUSTAKES AND DONT REMEMBER MY NAME. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THE OCEAN FIRST MILLVILLE BRANCH OVER ALL OTHER BRANCHES N BANKS
