If you have ANY other options don't use Wisper. Service goes out regularly and it takes weeks to get service techs toshow up and get it fixed. We have been down for three weeks and second tech visit was today. He did not have equipment he needed and rescheduled a week from now.. Incompetent!

Currently using Whisper Internet services for about 8 months. Here are a few things you need to consider before using them, if you have a choice 1. My area speed is only 25 Mbps. 2. Service is frequently down without any reason 3. They don't I form you if your service is down 4. Technical support can not be reached most of the time

We pay for internet in Fairmont city, but we don’t have it most of the time.it goes down they come and get it going and a fewdays later it goes down against. It disconnects and I’m constantly pulling it backup again. The tower is two blocks away and i can’t get service.

There ya go right? I switched to AT&T wireless internet. They install a dish type thing, a couple of components in the house and very fast internet. However there needs to be service in your area.....
