I booked an accessible room. When I was told my room was on the 3rd floor, I asked if it was accessible. The gentleman working said he didn't know, but if that's what they booked me in, that's what it should be. He didn't take the time to check..just looked at me like I was stupid and dismissed me. The room was NOT accessible. I fell trying to step over the tub into the shower. There were kids (pre teens/teens) running up and down the hall from 10- 11:30 pm. I tried to call the desk, and got no answer. Other than those issues, the location didn't warrant $500 for 2 nights. Thankfully the room was super nice, and the lady working the next day was really kind and understanding. I hope if we ever stay again, it will be different

Adequate room, clean. Not fond of places where you have to bring cash or card to the desk to get something out of the drinks and food section. You've got a card on file for "incidentals", let me charge to the room and not have to make a trip back for my wallet. Making guests feel like criminals for asking for a common service isn't great business.

The hotel and the room we’re good there was a funny smell in the room but everything else was very nice and clean a good shower. What blew me away was the breakfast, I haven’t had such a good breakfast in so many years. Edward is the man who runs the breakfast and he is amazing. All the food was very good and fresh. The food area was spotless. The dining area was equally clean. It creates such a great comfortable atmosphere; a great happy way to start your day. I’m blown away by the service from Edward. A family came in and were trying to get situated at their table, I watched Edward get a child seat and clean it even though it was already clean. With such a sincere smile. It made my day. Thank you Edward.
