Either understaffed, or under-concerned. A long wait made me leave for another store when a staffer said, "you might want to check somewhere else" for replacement bolts without checking to see what type I was looking for.

Depends on type of vehicle, make, model, and engine. Compare Sams or Wal-Mart. I believe prices begin around $120 at these stores.
