Lane “Fast Lane”

Called to ask about a physical. They said since I haven't been in for a few years i would be considered a new patient, and that they dont do physicals for new patients. Apparently this place would rather you stay sick and has no interest in actually helping people. This was explained to me after the desk left me on hold for ten minutes then picked up from the que like i had just called again. I only dialed once so they were expecting me to hang up. This was my family dr. office since i was born. I will be bringing my own family elsewhere!

Dr. Caldwell saved my life, literally ... He is a fantastic doctor and a fantastic human being, its always a pleasure to speak with him. His nurses are excellent, kind, caring and very professional and compassionate. If I send an email they reply quickly or call me, spot on 100% professionalism.

My family member was seen at this practice. The provider was not properly wearing a mask. The provider went on about how they felt COVID was a hoax and that the people were going to die anyways. My family member interrupted explaining how we have lost three family members to COVID, that it was a horrible way to go, and that not a single one was elderly or had a pre-existing condition. I would give this facility no stars if I could.

We have been patients at this office for over 20 years. The doctors are caring and the nursing staff listens. Our family physician takes time to listen to our concerns. Despite having many different insurance providers over the years, the billing and charges have been in order and handled correctly. No complaints with the medical care. Our expectations have always been met.
