I have decided to get on here because of the comment like Joel's down there. Just like everyone else Napa is short staffed and yes the lines can get a little long. I have personally dealt with Michael. Chris and Juan, I have no complaints. The wait is well worth it especially when they have the filters I need for my box trucks more often than AutoZone or Kenworth themselves.

The only decent thing here is some of the deals throughout the month on the oil with you can get that anywhere the Mexican guy that's been working here 4 years on top of years because I'm sure that's the only job he can get it's just ridiculous he treats everyone like a criminal followed me around the store even though it's so tiny you can see it from the cashier spot set there and asked me three four five times if I needed help I told him yes I told them one item each single time he walked off spaced it off came back as the same thing basically was just treating me like a criminal thinking I was feeling because I was kneeling down to the ground to look at the shells because they're so close together you can't stand back and see them so I'm sure he thought I was stealing something I called him on it busted him and he's like oh I'm not doing that we got cameras okay then why did you follow me around asked me what I needed help with I told you up to five times then came to the counter and brought this all up to him as well he asked me what do you need what do you need I told them another three times walked off he still didn't get it what a freakin loser but the lady here is really nice sorry you had to deal with that you know what I would not show up here they finally upgraded their registers but when you walk in it sounds like Las Vegas at 2 o'clock in the morning the registers are non stop going off over and over and over or sounds hear sounds they're so loud you can't even think plus the guy treats you like crap highly recommend please don't go here unless it's just for the deal and watch out for that guy he's been here forever sorry for the bad review I would say 90% of my reviews are great and good this is one of the bad ones it's people like him that make it that way Portland people deserve better Yes I will I will try to call a number but they won't give me any information there I'd rather call then send an email very time-consuming do you have a number that I can call if not I'll try to call it and get a number from there thank you for taking the time to reply as well
