This place is prefect for the price. Downtown, great balcony and super close to the hotel for check in and amenities. The other reviews are right that these are independently owned condos, not a hotel... But for us and a two year old, it was perfect. The pull out couch and separate bedroom fit our needs perfectly. It is not high end. It is convenient, simple and we'll used, but you will not find this much space in downtown for anywhere near this price. Also we heard no construction noise for the entire stay.

Simple, basic, but adequate accomodations. More information / signage regarding check-in would be appreciated. You check in at the Hotel Ballast across and down the street, about a 3 minute walk away. Frustrating when you get to the Riverview Suites only to learn to have to walk to the Hotel Ballast and then back to the Riverview Suites. In addition to the hotel check-in issues, there is large scale construction going on next door. They start early (6:30am every morning, including weekends) and it is incredibly loud. Some warning of this would be appreciated, especially since there are several other nearby hotels. As for the room itself, it is a basic furnished condo. No frills but perfectly serviceable.

Great views but the Hilton manages this terribly. We stayed here on our wedding night and there was construction 24 hours a day. I understand the Hilton cant help this but the worse part was the parking. There is no parking for these suites. Hilton makes you park at the parking lot north of the Hilton and walk there. They would not allow us to park in the south parking lot which is still a little walk but much closer. Not even an offer to shuttle or anything. If you have any luggage or baggage I would not recommend this. Also I would not recommend this until 2019 due to the construction. They were doing construction at 2:30 am Sunday night/Monday morning. 24/7 construction and the walls and doors are very thin. Actual place could have been nice with a full size fridge, stove and awesome views.

I didn't stay in the hotel, but my best friend did for her wedding. I was a bridesmaid, so I stayed a few hours there while we got our hair and makeup done. The hotel is great. Excellent view, you can only enter with a key, and the rooms are beautiful. The only downside was the lighting was a little lacking for our hair and makeup. But we just sat next to the balcony door to get it done. Otherwise, it was a good place!
