Positive: It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Negative: Both receptionist were very rude the lady that checked us in didnt even let us know what way our room was or explained anything to us. The lady that checked me out didnt even greet us and just straight up asked what i needed. In a rude way.

Great hotel. Easy parking. Room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker all worked as did the hair dryer. Had a variety of breakfast foods and drinks. Only thing that wasn't great was people in the hallway created quite a lot of late night noise that was very audible in the room. Other than that, overall a great experience.

This is a very nice hotel and in a good location, not too far from the three beaches in the area. All of the staff was very friendly, especially Von. A situation arose and I needed to extend my stay by a few days and Von was so helpful in the process and made it seamless. I'll stay here again when I come back to Wilmington.

From the wonderful receptionist Von to the expert Housekeeper Annie this was the best Hilton stay I have had in years! Rooms and public areas were spotless and the renovations are beautiful. I stayed In a corner suite during a time of roof construction and had no problems. Basic free continental breakfast but the kitchen staff made me feel like I was at home. I will definitely stay again. Please use these ladies to train others because hospitality matters especially when people have options.
