We had the best front desk service at this hotel! The Friday night we checked in they told us of great places to eat and they took care of all our needs. By the way the halls always smelled so good! Cleaning staff please clean entire room, someone left cups in the back of the bed. You would know that had you cleaned the room thoroughly.

Upon checking in, I was impressed. Nigel is the most positive employee that I've seen in a long time. It has become very difficult to find such hospitable people these days. His smile, his welcoming spirit, his awareness of urgency, his grace, his overall mannerisms... Is what lead me to even write a review. I normally stay at the Hilton Hotels. But I'm on a business trip. However, Nigel's hospitals, may have changed my preference. He is beyond awesome and if I lived around here, I'd poach him to work with me. His customer service has blown me away! Personally, I'd make him a manager, and/or give him a raise! Like I mentioned numerous times, hospitality like that is rare these days, I pray the company sees the value in him as I do. The rooms were clean, and had a neat little lounge chair. Also, the dove products in the shower over the usual genetic products was a major plus.

Wonderful stay great staff very clean and I enjoyed staying here I will come back soon and stay again. Best place ever. Great gym clean pool and outside area. This has been by far the nicest hotel I’ve ever been in.

Easy check-in, my room was clean. Beds we very comfortable. Breakfast was good Mr. Anthony ( the attendant of the breakfast area) was so nice. My family and I don't eat ham. The eggs frittata's had ham in them. He prepared us eggs without ham. I really appreciated that. He was very pleasant and working his butt off keeping everything stocked. Thank you Mr. Anthony from the Williams Family. We appreciate you!
