This hotel has the BEST staff we have ever experienced. Amy (GM) is excellent 10+, housekeeping excellent, kitchen 10+, front desk excellent. Everyone is so polite and helpful. You won't be disappointed.

Dirty dirty dirty. If your looking for a sparkly clean Marriott. This is not the one. People are nice. Area is awesome but the doors need to be washed and the kitchen in my room was disgusting. All the dishes had to be washed and there was gross stuff all over the sink faucet. Foot prints in shower stall and mold on shower walls.

Beautiful property, very clean, spacious rooms, balcony over the pool with a nice view. The staff was helpful and welcoming! Tyler was very helpful with the area and great personality! We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the mixer was a plus, fun was to start the night! Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 7 days with my wife, 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter. Overall the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was well kept and great for the kids as was the small sports court next to it. The pool towels were incredibly thin and small (more like gym towels really), and they regularly ran out as not many were left outside however the front desk staff promptly and courteously provided more when asked. As a Bonvoy Titanium member who has stayed at a number of other Residence Inns in the past our room seemed smaller than typical to me. There were some maintenance issues in the room which were minor so we chose to report them just at the end of our stay- no big deal there. The floors, however, were VERY thin and it took significant effort to constantly try to have our young kids walk delicately and slide off their bed rather than step off so as not to disturb the room below. That was unfortunately a constant stress/struggle we really could have done without, so if you are coming with young kids consider asking for a first floor room. The biggest glitch- either the guests before us or the cleaning staff left the AC control to On rather than Auto which evidently wore out the compressor so the whole unit had to be replaced at around 8 pm. The repairman came quickly and was very nice. This was apparently a well-known issue so it seemed odd that management didn't post any signage next to the AC control unit informing guests to leave the setting on Auto to prevent this major repair and disruption. At its peak our room temperature reached 82 degrees while we were there with the kids so it would have been nice to at least get a follow up call from the front desk after the repairs were completed to check everything was okay. Again, our stay was overall pleasant due to the wonderful staff and the grounds but the aforementioned issues sadly tainted our experience there.

Questions & Answers

Where does one take their dog out to do their business? Is there a little trail or just a little patch of grass?

I was there two weeks ago and asked them to move me to other end of hall because of the dogs near my room...they quickly changed the room and apologized and said they are typically booked on the 1st floor. Again, as someone else said there is a fee to check in with an animal
