This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. It is filthy, old, and not kept up at all! I recently stayed and experienced, rags in the room left behind by housekeeping, curtains falling from the rod, dead roach in the hall, and the worst part is having stained sheets! The Hilton has a “Cleanliness Standard” and this hotel is a joke to every promise. I have been loyal to Hilton and expect at the very least of all of these things to sleep on sheets without stains or see trash and bugs in the hall. Motel 6 probably would’ve been a better nights sleep. Also no manager on duty to resolve the issue right then and there. I will say the front desk staff tried to be accommodating and had pleasant attitudes, but everything else was terrible.

Have been a dedicated Hilton honors member for years. Some properties are better than others, but I've never had an experience that I regretted until I stayed here. There is no level of service. They provide a bed and that's it. Cockroaches coming out of the bathroom drains and fire sprinklers. Awful. The staff has the phrases and language you want to hear, but they simply don't care about any part of your stay. Can't teach caring. I'd avoid this location if I travelled down here again.

We stayed in the Junior Suite here customer service was great. I love Hilton Garden when traveling. They are always clean and Customer Service is always great and I know there is nothing to worry about when I stay here. We were only about a 5 min drive from the ocean as well and also pretty much next door to shopping, dining, and movies. Thank you for your excellence ✨️

Edna, Tom, & Erin are so nice! Every time I walked through the lobby & saw Edna, I genuinely felt like I was visiting her home. She was so hospitable! Y’all have got a great staff! Nice, clean rooms. The gym leaves much to be desired, but my overall stay was great.
