Positive: The location is great. Near plenty of restaurants, with so many options to choose from. It's located behind a Walmart, which was super convenient. Also the breakfast was pretty good and both ladies were very friendly. Negative: I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room did not come with the sofa bed. Then I was switched to a suite that was so filthy, dirty walls blood in the tube and around the sink area. The floors had not been vacuumed. Finally the 3rd room was clean.

Breakfast was great, just wish the rest of the hotel was like that. Rooms are sub standard, staff doesn't speak to you except the lady who ran the Breakfast. Their was a pizza box sitting outside a customer's room the 2 days we stayed. Definitely not worth the high price they charge!

The room was great. It was big, comfortable, and clean. The service was amazing. The breakfast was pretty good. When I come back, this is definitely the first place I’m checking for availability.

The staff checking in were great and they upgraded my room due to being a Platnum Elite Member, which was greatly appreciated. The door to the bathroom was broken and when I told someone they didn't seem too worried about it. The kitchen if you could call it that, had nothing in it. No utensils, plates, etc., which with COVID I can understand but they do make plastic stuff! The room overall just seemed outdated but it was very clean and somewhat comfortable. I used my points to stay here but in hindsight, I should have stayed somewhere else.
