Never again. It was not worth my time and money. I stayed at the Hampton Inn catty corner to the Courtyard and I will return there and not here. I honestly wish a refund was possible but I doubt that’s something they will do. Everything was sub par. Showers were disgusting. There was dust on the furniture and desks. The sheets had stains. There was like only two large bathroom towels. The ceiling had water damage and what appeared to maybe be mold? Sure there was no sign of bed bugs but everything else was disgusting. The air conditioning was outdated and struggled to keep the room cold so it just ran loudly all night. The beds like an old mattress that was sagging in odd spots and too worn to be comfortable. The coffee maker in the room was disgusting and unclean. A gross oil film was on the water well. While I got along fine with the staff, I could see how people wouldn’t. Very ‘casual’ and I can tell if you weren’t buddy buddy they wouldn’t be kind. The “food” was obnoxiously priced. In general. For the absurd price you pay for the stay— the quality is zero. Like I said, I will not be returning and will be staying at the other hotel. I regret wasting my time and money that I will never get back.

The worst hotel experience my husband and I have ever had and we travel quite a bit. Hair that wasn’t ours on the bathroom floor when we arrived to our “clean” room. Requested soap twice and never received it. They were out of clean towels when we needed some on the third day of our stay. We requested our room be serviced twice and continued to return to an unserviced room. Finally after the last request (on day 4), housekeeping barged into our room without knocking. We asked her to leave three times and rather than honoring our request, she continued to point fingers at the front desk and her colleagues for their poor service. Never apologized. My husband went to share this with the front desk and she was complaining very loudly about our interaction in the main lobby to her colleagues. The front desk attendant also pointed fingers at her colleagues. Finally gave my husband her manager’s name. My husband called the manager and left a voicemail. He called back immediately and then hung up. Have not heard from them since. We booked another hotel room for our last night in Wilmington because it was such a horrible experience. Do not stay here.

This place really checked almost every single box. Staff was friendly, compassionate, and professional. Beds were comfy, and most importantly to me, the bathroom was so clean and well thought out. Walking distance to everything in DT Wilmington! I know it's just how the brand operates but if they included breakfast this would be a 5+ hotel. Things I'd love to see changed: Parking ($22 valet or on your own) and location but they have no real control over these, so I cannot ding them for it. Would definitely stay here again when in DT Wilmington. Great experience!

Nice hotel, nice location. They must have been short staffed which is not a negative in these times, you just need to be aware. No daily maid service which is fine. Who can't live in their own mess for a day. But the two sweet girls at the front desk were there all weekend. Early morning to late night. They are working hard boss man.

Yes they do but it's not free. I go to a restaurant that is about a 4 minute walk from the hotel called The Basics, good breakfast.
Parking deck across the street, or valet parking.
No they do not.
