This place has bugs. It needs to be updated. It need a good cleaning. It also have mini fridge.caked up with ice. And it doesn't keep anything cold. It is to dark in lobby. Take that carpet off the floors in the rooms. It is old and musty in room.

Positive: All staff was very nice! Room was clean. Location was fine and by UNCW. You could walk to Jason¿s Deli or Olive Garden. Chick fila is very close! Not luxury we knew that. Breakfast is decent mostly packaged stuff

Bath was earlier style & small, but clean & good for a single. Room was comfy, quiet & clean. Service & breakfast were excellent. Good value. Would go again.

I had a pleasant night here. Staff was polite and professional. Overall, the place was quiet and clean, although the carpet in my room could use some attention. The breakfast was sufficient for those on the go. I would stay here again if ever in the area.
