The woman I spoke to this morning was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. She was more interested in displaying her superiority complex than being of any assistance, so I hung up on her.

I have to say that it's rare when you run in to a government employee that really cares about what they do. However I needed to visit there twice and both people where kind, very helpful and just easy to work with.
