Some police that are employed have criminal records, such as a DUI. They arrest citizens without even a mere suspicion based on their laziness and incompetence. I have video proof of such. I don't need to lie but these pig's will any day of the week. Best part is when they are caught lying by their superiors and assistant district attorney, nothing happens. Response time is around 15 minutes+.

I see this is old and you are now over 17 but I believe yes as you were a minor you need to get their permission unless they signed over parental rights or if you were determine an adult who takes care of themself by the court
Unfortunately if you do for Port it stolen or did the person that is found with the car would be arrested I think there is a way to report it missing where you don't know where it is but you do know who has it and want to get back I see this is a year old now hopefully it all worked out
If I recording you mean they found you in and act that I won't stay but we know what it is I believe you would need to file a report with the PD and they could get charges put on them based on if it was taken without your knowledge or if you were underage at the time hopefully it was figured out by now and they no longer have that of you
I'm assuming it is probably on Main Street or one of the side street with parking meters as long as the parking meter is still good then you will be fine unless there is a spot to park where there is no meter then take advantage of that I feel like most of the time you wouldn't get ticket regardless of the meter being out if they see you are moving as you could have possibly ran out of time and not noticed also there is free parking between certain hours look for the sign
If there is snow and it is winter there is always a parking ban in Fitchburg they don't announce it it is just a standard band Fitchburg has every winter they have the parking ban in effect until a certain date which is after winter they just don't enforce it unless there is snow on the ground and you will be in the way of the plows.
Unfortunately with the police just because there is video evidence of the crime doesn't mean they will always arrest someone like if they know the person they will just let it go.
If it's for Fitchburg police you need to call and ask if the person was arrested in being held if it's for like Worcester house or Framingham for women there are websites to search names if you just Google it
No you cannot leave your phone with the police when you go to court best thing to do is either leave it in the car leave it at home find someone in the court you know that has a car or try and hide it somewhere outside unfortunate that Fitchburg Court doesn't allow cell phones like Leominster Court does you may be able to try and ask the people at YMCA or on the other side of that building where the sheriff station is they may help you out
