We cannot praise Dr. Dimitri and his staff enough on our first visit. We did have a few "words" about the insurance coverage but we found out latter that they were correct and we apologize. They provided us with the best exam and cleaning we have ever had in the 6 states we have lived in. The whole staff were funny and cheerful and had out going personalities. We were very impressed! We even told Dr. Dimitri that he ever leaves we want to know so we could follow.

The best dental experience I've ever had. They are real people helping real people. Everyone was super nice. They are doing a great job following protocols for Covid-19. And Dr. Dimitri is probably the nicest dentist I've ever met. He actually took the time to talk to me and tell me what was going on, instead of talking above my head to the assistants. The waiting room is a little dingy and banged up, but that's because it's in a city and many people probably go through there, but the back was very clean and the assistants wiped everything down after use. Very impressed for what I thought was going to be another terrible chain-dentist visit.

Great overall experience. Pleasant, professional and friendly front office staff. The hygienist Justina was thorough and made me feel comfortable as I was quite nervous about this first time appointment. Dr Rana was non judgmental and explained the treatment plan set up for me. Good experience.
