They gave away our guaranteed pre-paid room because we were late (airline issues) despite the fact that we called & let them know. The clerk that checked us in managed to find a new room for us and was the only helpful person we've encountered on staff. Bathroom is tiny, with what I hope were rust stains on the bottom of the tub. The sink faucet was loose, so we had to hold it in place with 1 hand while using the other to turn it on/off. Maid service came & took our used towels & trash bag while we were out, but didn't replace them, necessitating numerous calls to the office. Finally got the towels @ 9:15 the next morning and are just going to use a shopping bag for the trash. Positive notes: the bed was comfortable & the fridge and AC worked. Also, there were 2 USB ports by the bed which made recharging our phones & tablets easier. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positive & we will probably not stay here again if there's another option available

TLDR: Do not stay here. I will start by saying that the people at the front desk were very nice and gave us a refund when we requested so that we could leave and go somewhere else. That being said, this motel was in an unacceptable condition. As kind as the staff was, it took me 15 minutes to check in because they had to change my room 3 different times. They did not explain why. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. When I finally got our room, the woman told me “if the room is dirty, come back and let me know”. So that didn’t instill a lot of confidence. We drove down to our room where the cleaning staff was still working on the room next to ours even though it was almost 5 pm and check in is at 3. I opened the door and tried to turn on the light which was difficult because the plastic light switch was cracked in half. The beds looked clean and made, but the floor was sticky and disgusting. The walls and floorboards were dirty and the room had cracks and poor repair everywhere. I didn’t even take a third step inside. I also agree with other reviews that the photos on the website are clearly not of this motel. They make it look infinitely more modern and clean than it is. We drove back to the lobby and also noticed on the way that the outdoor pool was disgusting and green. My partner went into the lobby and made it clear that we wanted a refund and we would not be staying there. She said that they didn’t even seem surprised. I’m sure this happens often. Again, the fact that the staff was friendly and they gave us a refund was redeeming, but still have to give it one star to deter other people from staying here. I would rather sleep in my car than pay $129 a night for that.

I took only videos of the room please check my YouTube. It's a what-you-pay-for kinda place. The room wasn't completely cleaned by the time we checked in. There's a plastic cup by the corner of the bed and food left in the fridge. Dust on the floor. The laundry machine is out of order. The bathroom tub is clogged. Oh boy... The staff was okay. They seemed tired. Pandemic is pumping the price up still. I think I would go for an Airbnb next time even if it's a bit more expensive to get a better experience.

The pictures for this place are deceiving. We checked in around 11:00pm, the TV in our room the sound was cutting in and out. Asked to move rooms, lady at desk was very nice and switched our rooms. But these rooms look nothing like the pictures they advertise. No trash can in our room, one light on one side of the room. Lamp shade was broken and cracked. Fixtures are rusty. You definitely get what you pay for here!!

Why don't you clean your rooms daily or change staff and get staff that care this place should regroup and re staff just terrible

I went through the same thing when I stay there I liked it better when it was under the old management these people suck at there job they always come up with excuses for everything
