Positive: The room was clean. I thought I was getting a 2 queen bed room but it only had 1 bed. However, I liked the room set up with the tiny sink and medium fridge. Negative: Tried to check in at 2 PM, room wasn't ready. Came back after 4 PM for 3 PM check in, but room still wasn't ready. I was not happy; I'd never had that problem before. Also, hotel is in need of updating and maintenance but not too bad.

My home away from home for 10 days. From the time we arrived we knew it was going to be a great stay. The room was very spacious with a fully functional kitchenette, great desk area and large bathroom. The staff was always friendly and helpful The hallways and common areas very clean without dirt, clutter or trash. I saw many guests with dogs which is always fun. The laundry room only had two washer and dryers and could get crowded at times but nothing that a little patience wouldn't take care of. The breakfast was not the same every day which is greatly appreciated. I didn't get to use the pool or hot tub because there was no time for that but did see other guests enjoying it. We didnt have room service by choice. Asked for towels and other needs from the staff as needed. Thank you thank you for a great place to stay.

This place is pretty bad for the price. The soap in the shower was empty when I got to my room, piles of trash in the hall and mystery skid-mark on my bed. There are definitely nicer places in Wilmington for the same or less cost.

Positive: Accessible room was well designed. Friendly and helpful staff. Full refrigerator with freezer. Negative: Difficult to get the temperature right. Breakfast area was very confined. 1 of 2 elevators out of operation.
