Our stay was perfect! Friendly staff snd the hotel was very clean!! Dave and Pam at the front desk quickly accommodated us after we had canceled our week long reservation at a nearby Hilton. I would tell anyone visiting Wilmington, NC to go here first.

Our stay was great! Only a single night but was well worth it! The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, very hot and fresh food. Jersey was a wonderful staff member assisting us during the morning. Helpful and very nice, would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Excellent stay....lobby was clean and very nice. The room design could be a little different but everyone was nice and pleasant....staff member by the name of Jersey at the front really displayed a high level of customer service to continuous check on everyone. You dont see that type of customer service anywhere....he made me and my family stay enjoyable

The hotel was very nice! I’d give it a 5/5 star rating. I had my dirty clothing in a paper bag in our room. We had asked for more TP. When the person came in, he/she emptied our trash and took my dirty bag of clothing, which was on the counter. I called front desk immediately and they said someone one will talk with me in the morning. When we checked out, I talked with a Gary about my “missing” things. I was not happy with his responses, told me no one was in our room (well, how did new rolls of TP get in there) and they are not responsible for things left in room, (how can we go site seeing w/o leaving stuff in our rooms or I’m checking out now so I didn’t “leave” things in room). He’s answer was basically they are not responsible! I had a pair of jeans in my bag that were brand new and cost ~$100. I realize accidents do happen, but I also think they should make good on my items! Really, I’m not asking for $1,000, just reimbursement for my jeans and I’m sorry, NOT, we really will do nothing about it! So Sad.
