Have emailed and called several times about application inquiry this place is never got back to me if they cannot even get back to a prospective tenant I can’t even imagine how they are to their actual tenants.

Under new management things are done more efficiently. I’ve had some issues, with the apartment and they’ve all been resolved, fixed up, or had something done to improvise for the time being. The staff, and maintenance are very kind. The staff is very LGBT+ friendly. If you’re moving to greensboro, this area is super convenient to a lot of things such as Lake Brandt, Bog Garden, groceries and more! Only downfall is sometimes the phones aren’t answered at the front desk from business.. but if you walk on it you’ll be with a smile!

I recently moved into Summit Village and so far the experience has been exceptional. Victoria in the office was very attentive and professional during the application and move in process. The apartment was freshly painted and the carpet was new, and overall the apartment was very clean. There were a few minor repairs needed upon move in, but the maintenance crew promptly got those issues resolved. They were also very professional. I am completely satisfied and happy I chose to live here!

The maintenance guys suck, their plumbing sucks and the pictures online look nothing like how they look in person. It's a lot of patch work done over and over and a lot of safety hazards b/c of their crappy repairs, it takes them forever to come and fix things and get back to you. And it's definitely still like living in the hood smh. The hallways always smell horrible. But if you want to live a quiet low-key life, this place would work for you.
