I chose Greenway at Fisher Park while I was in school at UNCG. Awesome community! Clean pool, clean gym, friendly staff, two terraces for events, two game lounges, free baseball tickets…the list goes on and on. One year the rainstorms were causing our patio doors to leak, so they installed state of the art glass sliding doors to fix the problem. They are compassionate and very professional. They take the utmost care of their tenants. Just be sure to tell your guests to park in the visitor spots and you won’t have an issue.

Very nice apartments and facilities. Very close and walkable to good places to go in the downtown area. The walls and floors/ceilings are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Would recommend to get a top floor apartment. You're guaranteed to hear all the music, movies, shows, and games going on beside you and below you. Very strict on parking which can be both good and bad things depending on how often you have guests visit. In my experience it's a positive thing as it's prioritized for the residents.

Lived here for about a year and it was perfect for my short time in North Carolina. Now that I am back in Connecticut, I look back to my time at Greenway and think about how positive my experience was. Erin and Ebony were very helpful. Any request or concern was handled appropriately within a timely manner. The property was up-kept well and the amenities were great. Perfect location. Absolutely perfect complex for raising a puppy too!

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I don’t know how they have 4 stars but do not believe the hype! Of course they will comment and say something about my comment. However, this is the WORST place to live!! Unless you want your car or friends car BOOTED and have to pay almost $200 to get it off, I suggest stay AWAY!!! The apartments are tiny and they all leak! Management are bunch of liars. No good place that has some sort of scam deal with the towing company. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. My friend came to visit and was only there for TWO hours!! What’s the purpose of putting a boot on someone’s car!? Wouldn’t that make it worse to get the cars moved out of the way for the RESIDENTS? Since that’s your PRIMARY concern as you “claim” which is a lie… if that was the case you would just tow the car to actually move them out of the way. Putting a boot on everyone’s car won’t solve the problem idiots.
