I actually enjoyed my almost 2 years at Hayleigh Village, but I moved out at the end of April and they still haven't refunded my security deposit. Responses from the office are blaming corporate. I know they have rented out my previous apartment again, so I am not sure what the hold up is... especially when the sheet they gave me regarding move out said 1 month, the office said 2 months, and now it has been 3 months.

We’ve been at Hayleigh Village for a short time and have no complaints! The staff is hard working and eager to meet the needs of the tenants. The office staff stays in constant communication and the field team (maintenance) are quick to resolve requests and answer questions. Very child friendly! And dog friendly!

I would strongly urge anyone to not move in here. they will rip you off every chance they get. The apartments are not worth the hassle. Also there is a lot of vandalism to cars and other significant issues. The biggest complaint, is the staff. I took an issue to the regional manager and she didnt even respond to what I had to say. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

I’m a bit surprised at the low rating, so I feel it’s only fair that I chime in. Cannot speak for everyone’s experience, but for my own, this is by far the best rental experience I’ve had to date. I’ve lived in over 15 rental locations in my lifetime. It’s not perfect, but overall any maintenance issue is handled with diligence, the staff is always courteous, respectful and responsive, if there are accidental charges they have been quickly resolved and overall my neighbors are very kind and respectful. Yes rent increases every year, but that’s in practically every rental property in Greensboro and not unique to Hayleigh village. In my experience they’ve actually been the most fair with their increases and have been open to discussions about them when they occur at renewal. If I had to nitpick, the only complaints would be children screaming in the halls during the spring-fall, however these children are always respectful when kindly asked to quiet down. The gate always has something wrong with it, but that honestly doesn’t bother me. I think my greatest comfort is that I feel safe and well taken care of, the property is well maintained, and there isn’t a pest issue. Overall Hayleigh village has been wonderful to me the last two going on three years, and unless I buy a home in the near future, I will renew my lease again. Thank you to the staff at Hayleigh village for all that you do! I appreciate you!
